Rico’s American Grill

Rico’s American Grill brings high-quality, farm-to-table cuisine at an affordable price. The menu features influences from all four corners of the country, but is settled in the Southwest. Nothing about Rico’s is complicated; not the parking, not the prices and definitely not the menu.

Here, it’s all about straightforward, locally sourced ingredients. You’ll find back-to-basics meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a neighborhood setting. Try the Huevos Rancheros with farm-fresh eggs and chorizo, or the House-Smoked Chicken Tostadas with our own signature enchilada sauce. And you can’t miss The Great Big Burger, served on a brioche roll with sautéed mushrooms, bacon and jalapeño.

The drink line-up at Rico’s is as friendly as the staff. In addition to a full bar, beer flights and Rico’s signature Rough Riders brew, the bar program also includes a wide selection of tequila and margaritas.

On the weekends, Rico’s features a grab-n-go bar menu from 7 to 11 a.m. with homemade bagels and pastries, as well as fresh fruit, juice, coffee and tea. Guests who want to enjoy some quality time with their pooch can stock up on items from the grab-n-go menu and enjoy them on the dog-friendly patio, dubbed Rico’s Backyard.

Rico’s, which is located adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak, is named after a now-defunct 1900s Mercury mine. The restaurant pays tribute to the community’s mining history with its mining artifacts and decorum.
