Our Hotel takes this matter very seriously and is following public health authorities’ guidance. We follow CDC guidelines and focus on appropriate cleaning and disinfecting protocols. The safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees is of paramount importance.
HEALTH AND HYGIENE
In response to coronavirus COVID-19, the Hotel is reinforcing recommended measures on appropriate hygiene standards and following the guidance of the CDC and WHO, applicable guidelines of the global and local health authorities, and taking relevant health and safety measures. The chemicals used by the Hotel are disinfectant cleaning products. In addition, we have daily cleaning procedures for all parts of the Hotel that addresses general cleanliness and disinfection.
RESORT FACILITIES, RESTAURANTS, ROOM SERVICE & AMENITIES
UPDATE: North and South Pointe Pools are open as of May 16, 2020.
After careful consideration of the quickly changing circumstances around COVID-19, we have temporarily paused operations of our Gift Shop, Tocasierra Spa, Salon & Fitness, Rico’s American Grill, In-Room Dining, and River Ranch including the following outlets:
- Rodeo Drive Gift Shop
- Hole in the Wall BBQ Joint
- Slim Pickens Cafe
- Coyote Camp
- Mini Golf
In addition, we have decided to temporarily pause operations to select areas of the resort including North Pointe rooms & suites, as well as the Agave Suites.
As always, our top priority has been the health and wellbeing of our guests & associates, and we feel this is the right decision given the current situation.
We will make sure to communicate when we reopening on our website and look forward to serving you again as soon as conditions permit.
We remain committed to offering you flexible booking options. Given these unique circumstances we are making additional adjustments to our individual booking policies to give you extra peace of mind based on government restrictions, existing reservations and new reservations.
